• Bosses, yes both the main world bosses and mini bosses of islands. But the world bosses have significiantly higher chance of dropping it.

Purpose:

Reroll your Haki color as it suggests every songle haki has a fair 9% chance to get rolled but the Rainbow secret haki has an intense 1% droprate. It doesn't buff your damage but looks cool as a cosmetic.

Drop Rate:

• Mini bosses have around 2-3% chance to drop it where the world bosses have 30%+ chance of dropping it.
